Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adaptability to work in loud, fast-paced and varying temperature environments
  • Awareness of workplace hazards and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work both indoor and outdoor job conditions

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • Financial acumen including budget management and cost control
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff performance management
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Manage financial performance including budgets, cost control, and achieving financial targets
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment promoting teamwork and employee development
