Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use step ladders
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adaptability to work in loud, fast-paced and varying temperature environments
- Awareness of workplace hazards and proper use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to work both indoor and outdoor job conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Financial acumen including budget management and cost control
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff performance management
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
- Manage financial performance including budgets, cost control, and achieving financial targets
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment promoting teamwork and employee development
