Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move efficiently in kitchen and dining areas
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments including hot and cold zones
- Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
- Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organizational efficiency
- Attention to detail in food quality, cleanliness, and health compliance
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist in team leadership, coaching, and development to build a cohesive and motivated workforce
- Manage quality control and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor financial performance including budget management, cost control, and achieving financial targets
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Communicate with senior management regarding operational issues and performance metrics
