Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move efficiently in kitchen and dining areas
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in loud, fast-paced, and varying temperature environments including hot and cold zones
  • Awareness of hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
  • Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organizational efficiency
  • Attention to detail in food quality, cleanliness, and health compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist in team leadership, coaching, and development to build a cohesive and motivated workforce
  • Manage quality control and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor financial performance including budget management, cost control, and achieving financial targets
  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for both guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Communicate with senior management regarding operational issues and performance metrics
