Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including using hands and arms for tasks
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven leadership ability and team development skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and performance management
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets
- Foster a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure superior service
- Support recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
