Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including using hands and arms for tasks
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance or equipment for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in loud, fast-paced environment and varying temperature zones
  • Awareness and use of personal protective equipment
  • Adaptability to indoor and outdoor job conditions and awareness of hazards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership ability and team development skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Strong attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and performance management
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets
  • Foster a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure superior service
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
