Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and equipment operation
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate equipment and assistance when handling heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work in loud, fast-paced, and temperature-variable environments
- Awareness and adherence to safety practices and personal protective equipment usage
- Ability to adapt to both indoor and outdoor work settings

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and complaint resolution abilities
- Financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure operational smoothness
- Attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Manage quality control to maintain fresh food standards and cleanliness
- Monitor and control financial performance including budgeting and cost management
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and uphold superior service standards
- Foster a positive work environment in alignment with company values
