Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Financial management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail especially in food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees including Shift Supervisors and Team Members
  • Hire, train, and onboard new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Address employee issues promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving complaints
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance
  • Manage financial aspects including labor, food, inventory costs, and cash handling
  • Drive sales through strategic initiatives
  • Oversee inventory management including ordering and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train employees on food safety procedures
  • Participate in marketing efforts and community engagement
  • Solve operational and staffing challenges promptly
