Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Maintain quality control and compliance with food safety standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and foster positive customer relations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
