Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and foster positive customer relations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
