Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with appropriate equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with temperature variations
- Use of personal protective equipment and awareness of safety hazards
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and control costs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Maintain quality control of food and service standards
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and handle operational issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
