Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
  • strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • financial acumen managing budgets and achieving targets
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • maintain quality control and compliance with food safety standards
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
  • resolve customer complaints and ensure superior service
  • foster a positive work culture and team cohesion
