Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

- experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage teams
- strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- financial acumen managing budgets and achieving targets
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- maintain quality control and compliance with food safety standards
- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- create and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
- resolve customer complaints and ensure superior service
- foster a positive work culture and team cohesion
