Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Use lifting equipment or seek assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move around the kitchen efficiently
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage a team
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment promoting teamwork
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations
