Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions such as chopping, stirring, and operating equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening as required

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong background in operations, staff management, and customer service
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and manage a team
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Financial acumen in managing budgets and controlling costs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail regarding quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with team leadership and staff development
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment promoting teamwork
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations
