Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and listening

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with focus on food quality and safety compliance
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and development
- Manage quality control to maintain food and service standards
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive guest relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture and motivate staff
