Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk stairs and use step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with proper equipment or assistance
  • Move efficiently in kitchen and work areas
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant preferred
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with focus on food quality and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist Restaurant Manager with team leadership and development
  • Manage quality control to maintain food and service standards
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for guests and team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive guest relations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and motivate staff
