Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience as a general manager in quick service restaurants or related fields
- proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- manage and support Department Managers by setting department goals and monitoring progress
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
- maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction
