Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior experience as a general manager in quick service restaurants or related fields
  • proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent organizational skills
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience working in high volume quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience in hiring and staff development
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • familiarity with restaurant operations and standards
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • manage and support Department Managers by setting department goals and monitoring progress
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
  • maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction
