Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No prior restaurant or management experience required
  • Ability to perform and train others in various restaurant roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Dependable and coachable
  • Availability to work during restaurant hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a management role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Technical training or related subject knowledge is a plus
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to organize workload and the workload of others
  • Ability to perform and train in all restaurant positions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
  • Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
  • Enforce and maintain adherence to policies and procedures
  • Controlling cash and making deposits
  • Produce fresh, high-quality food
  • Ordering and managing inventory
  • Responsible for new hire paperwork
  • Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement daily work schedules
  • Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
  • Maintain attendance records
  • Issue and grade skills tests
  • Maintain a clean restaurant
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
