Job Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior restaurant or management experience required
- Ability to perform and train others in various restaurant roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable and coachable
- Availability to work during restaurant hours of 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily
- Willingness to learn and grow in a management role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Technical training or related subject knowledge is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to organize workload and the workload of others
- Ability to perform and train in all restaurant positions
- Strong customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
- Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
- Enforce and maintain adherence to policies and procedures
- Controlling cash and making deposits
- Produce fresh, high-quality food
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Responsible for new hire paperwork
- Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and implement daily work schedules
- Manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
- Maintain attendance records
- Issue and grade skills tests
- Maintain a clean restaurant
- Ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
