Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • Oversee Guest Service operations including promotions, training, and organization
  • Ensure Kitchen operations maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance leadership and performance
