Job Requirements

- Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- Oversee Guest Service operations including promotions, training, and organization
- Ensure Kitchen operations maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- Manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew
- Coach and develop team members to enhance leadership and performance
