Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, handle, carry food, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds
  • must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
  • must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat frequently
  • must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests
  • must be able to taste to distinguish between and among flavors, spices, temperatures, mouthfeel and smells

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of pantry or cold-side kitchen experience preferred
  • fine dining experience is a plus
  • strong knife skills and attention to presentation details
  • ability to follow recipes and plating instructions with accuracy
  • organized, clean, and efficient work habits
  • dependable, team-focused attitude with a passion for food

Job Duties

  • Prepare cold dishes with precision, including salads, appetizers, desserts, and garnishes
  • follow standardized recipes and plating guides to ensure consistency and presentation
  • ensure all items are prepared in a timely and accurate manner for guest orders
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized station throughout service
  • assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed
