Job Duties

  • Prepare guest catering and online orders to spec ensuring portion accuracy
  • Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • Assist in prep work restocking and keeping utensils and bowls clean
  • Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line prep tables and equipment
  • Follow all knife safety protocols and learn seasonally changing menu
  • Adhere to uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
  • Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager
