Job Duties
- Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec, ensuring portion accuracy
- Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
- Assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean
- Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment
- Follow all knife safety protocols and learn our seasonally changing menu
- Adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
- Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager
