Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is helpful
- Passion for healthful food and customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble salads and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Accurately handle customer orders, including customization and modifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet peak service demands and support a smooth operation
- Monitor ingredient quality and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow operational procedures and health regulations consistently
