Job Duties

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies to prepare food for service
  • Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces following recipes and sanitation regulations
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff ensuring dishes are cooked properly and orders are timed correctly
  • Clean kitchen area, manage leftover food, and stock inventory
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with coworkers and customers
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of food orders delivered to guests
  • Adhere to safety and health standards in food preparation and kitchen maintenance
