- Food service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
Job Duties
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers
- Keep work station and area around work station neat and clean
- Assist bakery/deli manager in ordering, receiving and displaying all salad bar product
- Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality
- Set up and maintain salad bar as directed by bakery/deli manager
- Wash and prepare product for the salad bar
- Take inventory of product as directed by the bakery/deli manager
- Assist and coordinate training of salad bar associates as directed by the bakery/deli manager
- Maintain quality and freshness of all salad bar products
- Bail boxes
- Enforce and maintain the company food safety program
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
