Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, and stock fresh vegetables, fruits, toppings, dressings, and other salad bar items according to established recipes and standards
- ensure the salad bar is fully stocked, visually appealing, and well-organized throughout service hours
- monitor food quality, freshness, and rotation
- promptly remove and replace items as needed
- maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, including proper labeling, temperature control, and cleaning procedures
- clean and sanitize the salad bar area, utensils, containers, and surrounding service areas regularly
- assist with inventory management by tracking usage, reporting shortages, and reducing waste
- provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions and assisting guests as needed
- support kitchen and dining staff with additional tasks as assigned
