Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to follow health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- reliable and punctual

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately

Job Duties
- Set up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
- restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- clean and maintain station practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- perform basic preparation duties including handling raw produce and meats following restaurant specifications for quality and food handling standards
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers
