Job Duties
- Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- Follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality while following proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers
