Job Duties
- Set up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines
- restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant specifications for quality while following proper food handling and sanitation standards
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time
