Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to workplace safety procedures
- California food handlers card required
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- One or more years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain adequate knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, beverages, specialty beverages, and recipes
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and other necessary items before and during service hours
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins, straws, and other products
- Clean up spills, remove glassware, and organize bar top and back bar counter space
- Keep the bar area neat, tidy, and clean
- Handle urgent situations such as cleaning broken glassware
- Assist bartenders by removing used or unnecessary items from guests at the bar top
- Bussing the bar top by cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting bar top after each guest
- Work effectively as a team player
- Provide guests with hospitality that meets company service standards and exceeds expectations
- Interact positively with guests entering and departing
- Take pride in personal appearance by maintaining neat and clean clothing, hair, and hygiene
- Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment
- Perform other duties as directed
