Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift heavy kegs and supplies
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Clean background check

  • Strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, beverages, specialty beverages, and recipes
  • Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
  • Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins, straws, and other products
  • Clean up spills, remove the glassware and organize bar top and back bar counter space
  • Keep the bar area neat, tidy, and clean
  • Handle urgent situations, such as cleaning up broken glassware
  • Assist bartenders by removing used or unnecessary items from guests at the bar top
  • Bussing the bar top
  • clean, sanitize, and reset bar top after each guest
  • Working in a team environment with the ability to be an effective team player
  • Providing guests with hospitality in a manner that achieves Company service standards and exceeds their expectations
  • Interacting with guests entering and departing, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Take pride in your personal appearance
  • reporting to work in neat and clean clothing
