  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic data entry skills

  • Previous experience in automotive support or dispatcher role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Responds to routine telephone inquiries from the public
  • Receives and records reports of traffic-related incidents
  • Uses computer systems to track and log call information
  • Provides support to Safety Service Patrol team
  • Performs other duties as assigned related to customer service and call management
