Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of related employment experience
- preferred three years of security experience
- ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
- ability to obtain CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- cleared background check
- cleared drug test results

Job Duties
- Oversee facility safety and security protocols
- ensure consistent implementation of program procedures
- maintain accurate data and documentation related to safety operations
- promote clear communication and collaboration among team members
- support a work environment rooted in professionalism and team building
- respond promptly to safety concerns and emergencies
- assist in training and orienting new staff on safety procedures
