Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of related employment experience
  • preferred three years of security experience
  • ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
  • ability to obtain CPR, CPI and First Aid certifications
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • cleared background check
  • cleared drug test results

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-year related employment experience
  • preferred 3 years of experience in security
  • ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card
  • CPR certification
  • CPI certification
  • First Aid certification
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • training or experience in community outreach, public health or social work preferred
  • cleared background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee facility safety and security protocols
  • ensure consistent implementation of program procedures
  • maintain accurate data and documentation related to safety operations
  • promote clear communication and collaboration among team members
  • support a work environment rooted in professionalism and team building
  • respond promptly to safety concerns and emergencies
  • assist in training and orienting new staff on safety procedures
