Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in safety management or occupational health and safety
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with OSHA and federal safety regulations
- Ability to conduct workplace inspections and training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in safety management or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to analyze safety performance data
- Experience with workers' compensation processes
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety programs
Job Duties
- Promote a safety-conscious culture by engaging with staff daily
- Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and job safety analysis reviews
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures
- Provide bi-lingual safety training and presentations
- Analyze injury trends and develop action plans to reduce claims and lost time
- Respond to customer safety concerns and facilitate contractor orientation classes
- Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and prepare safety reports
