Job Requirements
- College degree
- At least 5 years' safety experience
- At least 5 years' experience in driver safety programs
- Ability to speak in public
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office suite
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Will require 50% travel

Job Duties
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the industrial service industry (e.g., DOT, OSHA, etc.)
- Experience working in a geographically diverse service company
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Conduct prescribed health and safety training for technicians and management
- Assist Stake Center Locating training team in maintaining training records
- Effectively communicate company policies and procedures
- Create, review, and update current health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain internal and external database reporting
- Track key performance indicators for the safety program
- Conduct incident and accident investigations
- Conduct root cause analysis with appropriate corrective and preventative action
- Assist risk management in coordination of care, and immediate responses to incidents and injuries
- Conduct field safety audits
- Conduct ride-along auditing to improve and reinforce Stake Center Locating safe drivers' program
- Conduct partnered audits, with local management
- Track and monitor at-risk behaviors associated with Stake Center Locating fleet policy
- Customer service (monthly)
- Quality audits (monthly)
- Assist in utility damage investigations (quarterly)
- Conduct interviews (quarterly)
- Create and distribute reports (monthly)
- Compile data reports to identify trends (monthly)
- Order and distribute PPE (monthly)
