Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- OSHA 30 certification in General Industry and Construction
- CPR, First-aid, AED certifications
- HAZWOPER 40HR certification
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ten years of experience in safety management
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Develop, organize, implement, and evaluate occupational, health/safety, and construction safety programs
- Ensure compliance with ADA and relevant laws
- Develop and manage safety training plans
- Supervise ongoing safety trainings
- Design and update program elements and safety manuals
- Provide safety equipment as needed
- Review construction project safety requirements
- Coordinate with the Safety Steering Team
- Investigate workplace injuries and incidents
- Determine causal factors and remedial actions
- Advise supervisors and departments on liabilities
- Take corrective compliance actions
- Manage employee insurance claims and loss control
- Conduct facility safety inspections
- Ensure public safety at events and in public areas
- Manage Safety Program budget and reporting
- Align performance reviews and job descriptions with safety goals
- Monitor continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
