Job Requirements

  • Valid OSHA-30 certification
  • Previous experience in safety management on retrofit projects
  • Ability to work 48 hours per week Monday through Saturday
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to manage detailed safety documentation
  • Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor

Job Qualifications

  • BCSP certifications preferred
  • OSHA-30 certification required
  • Previous safety management experience overseeing retrofit projects
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage documentation and safety correspondence effectively
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Conducting project safety inspections and orientations
  • Safety training as requested or required
  • Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices
  • Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management
  • Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations
  • Communicating safety standards between trades, general contractor, and sub-contractors
