Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in occupational health and safety
- Ability and willingness to travel 5%-10%
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conduct safety investigations
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Ability to develop and implement safety training programs

Job Duties
- Ensure company facilities comply with OSHA and other state and federal safety standards through facility inspections
- Maintain compliance with safety and workers compensation procedures
- Develop and administer effective loss prevention and control programs
- Provide training to managers and employees on safe work practices and safety regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and walk-through visits to identify hazards
- Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and prepare safety reports
- Monitor and report on workers' compensation claim trends and coordinate return-to-work programs
