Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred
- 5+ years of safety management experience, ideally in an industrial setting
- strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- CSP, ASP, or similar certifications a plus
- excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with safety management software is a bonus
- proactive problem-solver with a passion for building a strong safety culture

Job Duties
- Lead safety programs by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, state, and local regulations
- conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to standards
- investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
- deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels on topics like hazard communication, fall protection, and lockout/tagout
- collaborate with leadership and staff to foster a proactive, positive approach to workplace safety
- monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep programs current and effective
- oversee safety equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and incidents
