Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of safety management experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- CSP, ASP, or similar safety certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with safety management software beneficial
- Ability to lead safety programs and conduct investigations

Job Duties
- Lead safety programs to develop and implement policies aligned with OSHA, state, and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs on hazard communication, fall protection, and lockout/tagout
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a proactive safety culture
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep programs current
- Oversee safety equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and incidents
