Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of safety management experience, ideally in an industrial setting
  • strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • proactive problem-solving mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of safety management experience, ideally in an industrial setting
  • strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • CSP, ASP, or similar certifications a plus
  • excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with safety management software is a bonus
  • proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for building a strong safety culture

Job Duties

  • Lead safety programs by developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, state, and local regulations
  • drive compliance through conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to standards
  • investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels on topics such as hazard communication, fall protection, and lockout/tagout
  • promote a proactive and positive safety culture by collaborating with leadership and staff
  • monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to update safety programs
  • manage safety equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and incidents
