Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field preferred
- proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
- in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the construction industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work onsite five days a week
- physical capability to navigate active construction environments and perform essential duties
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to tolerate outdoor weather and construction-related conditions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field preferred
- proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
- in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the construction industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs
- certifications such as OSHA 500s, CSP, or equivalents highly desirable
- analytical mindset
- high attention to detail
- ability to work onsite five days a week
Job Duties
- Develop and implement safety program
- conduct safety inspections
- organize and conduct safety training programs
- investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses
- ensure compliance with safety regulations
- promote open communication about safety concerns
- identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
- monitor safety performance metrics
- ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment and gear
