Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
  • in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the construction industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work onsite five days a week
  • physical capability to navigate active construction environments and perform essential duties
  • ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to tolerate outdoor weather and construction-related conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in data center or construction projects
  • in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards within the construction industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety programs
  • certifications such as OSHA 500s, CSP, or equivalents highly desirable
  • analytical mindset
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to work onsite five days a week

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement safety program
  • conduct safety inspections
  • organize and conduct safety training programs
  • investigate accidents, incidents, or near-misses
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • promote open communication about safety concerns
  • identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
  • monitor safety performance metrics
  • ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment and gear
