Job Requirements
- Valid BCSP certifications
- Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in commercial construction
- Ability to work 40-55 hours per week including Saturdays
- Capacity to work on-site in Columbus, OH
- Proficiency in safety inspection and training
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years of safety management experience overseeing large commercial construction work
- BCSP certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation
- Proactive approach to safety management
- Experience working on-site with construction projects
Job Duties
- Conducting project safety inspections and orientations
- Safety training as requested or required
- Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices
- Complete document reviews, contractor correspondence, and document management
- Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the manager's skills, abilities, certifications, and authorizations
- Communicating safety standards between trades, GC and sub-contractors
