- College degree
- minimum 4 years industry experience
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certification preferred
- ability to assess risks effectively
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work with team members and clients cohesively
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
