Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or related field preferred
- Five plus years of safety management experience ideally in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Certifications such as CSP or ASP a plus
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with safety management software a bonus
- Proactive problem solver with passion for building a strong safety culture

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, state, and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a proactive safety culture
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep safety programs current
- Oversee safety equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records of training, inspections, and incidents
