- minimum 5 years safety experience
- minimum 5 years experience in driver safety programs
- strong public speaking skills
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the industrial service industry such as DOT and OSHA
- experience working in a geographically diverse service company
- assist with onboarding new employees
- conduct prescribed health and safety training for technicians and management
- assist Stake Center Locating training team in maintaining training records
- effectively communicate company policies and procedures
- create, review, and update current health and safety policies and procedures
- maintain internal and external database reporting
- track key performance indicators for the safety program
- conduct incident and accident investigations
- conduct root cause analysis with appropriate corrective and preventative action
- assist risk management in coordination of care and immediate responses to incidents and injuries
- conduct field safety audits
- conduct ride-along auditing to improve and reinforce Stake Center Locating safe drivers program
- conduct partnered audits with local management
- track and monitor at-risk behaviors associated with Stake Center Locating fleet policy
- conduct monthly customer service and quality audits
- assist in utility damage investigations quarterly
- conduct quarterly interviews
- create and distribute monthly reports
- compile data reports to identify trends
- order and distribute PPE monthly
