Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in safety, environmental health, or related field
- 5-10 years experience in manufacturing preferred focus on FDA regulated production
- strong analytical and investigative skills
- knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willing to travel up to 10%
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- develop and improve safety programs, policies, and procedures
- standardize protocols across facilities
- conduct risk assessments and audits
- recruit, train, and lead regional safety staff
- set performance metrics and drive accountability
- ensure adherence to OSHA, FDA, USDA, EPA and other regulations
- investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
- support site-specific safety training
- promote proactive hazard identification and safe behaviors
- lead safety committees and improvement initiatives
- develop site-specific emergency plans
- support and participate in site specific drills and crisis training
