Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in EHS discipline
- OSHA 501 certification
- CSP, ASP, STS-C, IOSH and/or CHST certification equivalent
- Eight plus years occupational health and/or safety experience in a construction environment

Job Duties
- Create and develop comprehensive safety programs
- Anchor and support safety execution and compliance
- Drive behavior-based safety culture to prevent accidents
- Develop and monitor site-specific safety metrics
- Investigate incidents and accidents and implement countermeasures
- Maintain safety files and records for audits
- Coordinate drug, alcohol, and medical screenings with HR
- Travel as needed for safety oversight
