Job Requirements
- College degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Three years of safety management experience
- One year of supervisor experience
- Ability to conduct safety audits and training programs
- Strong knowledge of industry, state, and company safety regulations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to develop safety data collection processes

Job Duties
- Ensure the entire workplace including employees follows industry, state, and company-related safety guidelines or rules
- Conduct routine safety audits
- Carry out safety training programs for company employees on regular basis
- Develop processes for easy collection of data on accident causes
- Implement initiatives to reduce work-related accidents and occupational hazards
- Direct and supervise general safety guidelines and procedures
- Investigate accidents to find out their causes
- Inspect and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety policies and laws
- Inspect and check equipment and machinery to ensure they are safe
- Report safety adjustments to company’s top management
- Perform other duties as assigned
