Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Ability to work onsite at Indianapolis Headquarters
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Operational Analysis, Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or similar field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
- Strong analytical skill
- Ability to work onsite at Indianapolis Headquarters
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Observe ASAP event review committee meetings
- Analyze ASAP, ASIAS, FOQA, and Fatigue Management data
- Identify trends in data and present findings to senior management
- Research data to assist in process improvement for Flight Operations, Dispatch, Inflight and maintenance employee groups
- Understand company emergency response procedures and assist in improvement of existing procedures
- Participate in operational risk assessments
