Job Requirements
- Experience working on large-scale CAPEX industrial projects across various disciplines such as heavy civil, structural, mechanical, electrical
- Familiarity with process equipment and commissioning activities
- Five years of experience preferred in safety-related roles including oversight or management of safety programs
- Safety certifications or formal safety training preferred such as OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or equivalent
- Ability to work on site in Boulder, CO
- Capability to work at various heights including climbing stairs and ladders
- Physical stamina for bending, stooping, and working outdoors under diverse climate conditions
- Willingness to work around construction machinery

Job Duties
- Understand and ensure adherence to all expected safety processes and procedures related to construction and site operations
- Engage directly in the field with construction and operations teams to enforce compliance with safety programs including lockout/tagout (LOTO), hot work permitting, fall protection, confined space entry, safe job planning and execution
- Mentor and coach field personnel on safe work practices in alignment with safety programs and industry best practices
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors observed in the field
- Escalate safety issues and report unsafe practices through proper channels
- Collaborate with site and project personnel to investigate safety incidents
- Actively participate in safety improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
