Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged required
- 1-2 years of experience in safety, ramp operations, or compliance preferred
- familiarity with osa, dot, or airport safety standards is a plus
- fluency in English is an asset
- bilingual communication (English/Spanish) is helpful
- proficient in microsoft excel, word, and outlook
- strong attention to detail, accountability, and field observation skills
- comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced operational environments
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- must pass security and background checks to obtain required sida and cbp credentials

Job Duties
- perform driver safety and behavior observations at csc ramps and airport ramp areas
- conduct regular field inspections of work areas, vehicles, and equipment to identify hazards
- support the Safety Coordinator in audits, investigations, and corrective action tracking
- maintain and organize safety records, training logs, and inspection reports
- assist in accident and near-miss reporting, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up
- help coordinate and conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions
- verify proper use of personal protective equipment (ppe) and adherence to ramp safety rules
