Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Patrol all areas of the property
- assist guests with room access
- monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems
- lock property entrances when required
- conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR as necessary
- assist guests and employees during emergencies
- notify appropriate individuals of incidents
- defuse guest/employee disturbances
- call for outside assistance if needed
- complete incident reports for security/loss prevention events
- handle interruptions and complaints
- resolve safety hazard situations
- escort unwelcome persons from the property without disrupting operations
- report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
- call for assistance using proper codes
- complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report
- maintain confidentiality of all reports and documents
- conduct investigations and gather evidence
- conduct interviews with relevant parties
- follow all company policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical duties including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods
- and perform other reasonable job duties as assigned
