Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Exemplifies a +1 service attitude when engaging with team members, guests, and outside agencies
- Conducts regular patrols and safety inspections of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure security
- Uses computers, security systems, cameras, access controls, and communication devices to monitor alarms and security footage
- Responds promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
- Reports and documents incidents accurately and promptly
- Assists in investigations and maintains accurate security records
- Provides assistance and direction to visitors and team members
- Offers a visible presence to deter potential threats
- Enforces company policies and ensures compliance with legal and safety standards
- Maintains clear communication with team and supervisors
- Collaborates with hotel leadership and external responders
- Completes required training and participates in security meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
