Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related field
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans

- Availability to respond to emergencies and perform any supervised position if needed
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager in food and beverage

- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficient in traditional software programs like Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and operational strategies
Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline restaurant staff for efficient operation
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and department meetings communicating pertinent information such as VIPs and menu changes
- Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments
- Maximize restaurant department profitability by implementing controls of food, beverage and labor costs and monitoring budgets
- Maintain par stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering, retrieving and stocking products
- Develop and implement cost savings and profit enhancement measures
- Utilize computer systems for charging customers, forecasting, revenue reports and correspondence
- Monitor food quality and service standards throughout the facility and kitchen
- Work with the Culinary Development Center to ensure food quality standards
- Provide guidance for improvements and implement adjustments for consistency
- Review and evaluate customer satisfaction, recommend and implement operational and marketing policies
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and service areas
- Participate in developing and marketing new menus to attract customers and promote cross-selling
