Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Ability to pass training exams with a 90 percent or better in food knowledge and other issued training
- Must adhere to company health and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standards
- Run food throughout the shift, check all dishes to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow service standards of food delivery and reset areas timely and efficiently
- Know all table numbers and gaming areas to accurately deliver food to guests
- Maintain gaming equipment condition including sanitation
- Ensure pre bussing is maintained including trash and bus tubs are emptied
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
